Our exchange policy covers merchandise that is damaged in transit or found to be incorrect upon arrival. To ensure the integrity of all exchange claims, we require the customer to capture and submit uninterrupted video footage of the order being unboxed. The video must be emailed to our support team at kaarukkala.odisha@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery to qualify for an exchange.
